After reading someone's comment, it got me thinking about how the final war would be, most people think it would just be the regular good guys vs bad guys what if is more complicated like a world war for example, with every major player being involved and fight against each other and making alliances. This way oda can conclude two final villain in one major arc.

If it's being called a Battle Royale, doesn't that mean it will be every faction out for themselves?

I'd call that a morally grey free for all.

Oda could barely handle 2 emperors crew and some supernovas fighting and messed up.

If he tries to do anything close to a world war or many parties fighting at once it will be a shipwreck.

MF is not a good example because there were no fights at all bar WB vs Akainu.

Its possible,this is where the story is bringing us at the moment. Shanks says he bets on Luffy,but meanwhile he is trying to get the One Piece himself. Isnt it a little contradictory? Also,the Revolutionaries seems they are not planning at all to ally with pirates right now. So who knows,it might be like this. It seems there might also be internal fights between WG and Marine. So it could be Luffy vs Blackbeard vs Shanks vs Revolutionary Army vs World Government vs Marine vs Enel! It would be awesome.
