How confident are you about insomnia town?

Something about dipping in the afternoon and not showing up again, when I think scum were in no danger, is screaming in my face.

But that is not a real case. He just has not been towny.

So the only blind part is that he is asleep, but there is plenty to build an opinion on.

Juice is playing very differently compared to Naruto.
I don't know his scum range, but the emotional disparity makes me lean towards town.
