each night you can either:
1. study alone and get an increase in 1 field
2. study with someone else and get an increase in 1 field + additionally give them an increase in the same field
example, assume that I, you and Yoho have lowest possile rank in Sword, Bow and Axe and let's say:
I learn Sword with you
you learn bow with Yoho
Yoho learns Axe alone
I end up with only Sword going from E+ to D
you end up with Sword and Bow going from E+ to D
Yoho ends up with Axe and Bow going from E+ to D
it's E+ -> D -> C -> B -> A (for later ones it's an assumption)
the having high rank of these skills let you unlock better class (abilities, passives), but only if it's still available (there's limited amount of them, so called certificates - if let's say there 3 certificates of class you're finally qualified for but other 3 people took them, you can't get promoted until they're dead or change class)
it's most optimal to boost a single stat or look for combos, like Light + Reason (black magic) or any weapon + Riding/Flying

ive been screaming for hours to vote melkor, just happened to forget i wasnt on him, i was on my second preferred - ginger. happens
please tell me how any of this is scummy anyway, if you guys think melkor is scum in what world do i fit as a teammate. i had nothing to do with the naomi CFD. i was trying to move votes from reloady to melkor
too many people r focusing on my lack of vote on melkor like i havent been advocating for tossing him over any of his counter wagons. the real pressure shud be on the ones actually voting the misyeet
if reloady is town i expect him to basically be lined up for misyeet after me so ya it aint gonna be pretty for town lol

My main scum reads are Shuijin, Yoho, Watson, Ginger. I'm more confident on my town reads - Orca, Flower, Prof, Crowned, Ripped, bitter, Dale. Not sure on Jan but their posting has been fine. Charlie slight town. GTH Polar and Ekko town too though I would not cry about Ekko being flipped at this point. Between his repeated AtE and his shitposting.
Least confident about Ripped in the first set but I've had the same thought as him at the same time several times which is usually a good sign.
