I checked the volume 95 manga and color manga

I think the Rocks Pirate skull looks like a Luffy strawhat

Also, the tattoos on King's face and Rocks skull are a bit similar
What do you think?

Now that i think about Luffy meeting the old rival of the pirate King would mean a lot to him.Xebec is alive i'm sure.

I think the rox pirates scope is far bigger to how many people it's reached who were a part of it than how people think.

Heck I think that ship that left wano 50 years ago ended up being samurai pirates that joined rox with kozaburo old hag old barrier man maybe even shikki if he from wano etc

What I took from the shape of the skull is Rocks had the Mera Mera no mi Wich make perfect sense

We know that Kaido has a horned skull as his jolly roger because of his appearance, but Xebec's silhouette showed that he didn't have horns. This leaves nothing else beside it being an indicator of his Demon Zoan.
