It's a buckle, not a moon, on the Flying 6, assuming we're talking about the foremost members shoes.

And Raizo has a moon scar because Wano/Zou is moon associated. Names of the noble families, Su Long, Toki's prophecy.

Do you think Oda did not only resemble the Flying Six on Kabuki?
There is a Famous Korean TV Series called Flying Six Dragons. Somehow would fit into the whole theme :D.
