Smoker and Law aren't Luffy's equals. Luffy pummeled Smoker before the ts and Luffy's enemy destroyed Law but then he lost to Luffy. Doffy hyped his CoA, nothing else. Something that he didn't even need to break his leg.

If it's important for the plot that Yamato somehow manages to stall Kaido even if she's weaker than Sanji, she will stall Kaido.
If Oda wanted Usopp to stall Kaido, Usopp would do it as well. Don't let Page One and Ulti destroying him fool you. :P

That’s impossible for Ussop to stall Kaido unless Kaido was playing around. And Yamato being his son will play a role to so I concede the plot does play a role

At udon , we have seen that is ryou right ? This is form of advanced CoA not CoC . Everybody mixed that one. If that is CoC , I dont remember name of that guy who taught Luffy how to work ryou has CoC . Or Denjiro has CoC ?

Since Yamato will be able to stall Kaido in a 1v1 then that means Sanji will be able to as well but even better.

Yamato is the next Strawhat and afterwards he will not be in the Monster Trio which Sanji is apart of, the icing on the blatantly obvious cake of Sanji being stronger even now.

It was presented to us as non touch, unlike basic CoC. This is pretty much the major difference number 1. Major difference number 2 is that basic CoC relies on knocking out your opponent instead of striking it with punches, slashes and others of that kind.

This is not confirmed yet, but it's what happens to be likely the case based off manga portrayal.
