I believed that Usopp would assume the same role in SH that Yasopp has for Shanks, he is the 4th most important man in the crew, YC3 as some call it. But Usopp was completely left out in Wano, that was the moment to dominate the COO and awaken the COA, I really rooted for him to fight Perosperos who at one point was even using a bow. But this final scene showed who the 4 most important men in the crew are. If anyone besides Zoro and Sanji defeats an admiral, it will be Jinbe.
