there's estevao now and kaio jorge who have been scoring way more than neymar and unlike him they score against good teams too and their teams arent facing relegation.
They're young and they dont get hurt every 5 mins either

Neymar is a sadder case since he is by far the most talented Brazilian player since R9, and definitely the most talented after Messi/CR7 in the last 15 years.
