if that's how you want to put it then there was a big difference between supernovas back then,
if Luffy was 2x stronger than Urogue (Luffy being strongest and Urogue weakest) then if Rayleigh = 100 x Urogue, and Luffy being 100x of himself, that means Luffy = 2 x Old Rayleigh
but you take it as if she was talking about the average of them, then still current Luffy = 1.5x Old Rayleigh

IMO she was just referring to Luffy, since she was talking to him. Most likely, she was just using Luffy as reference for the comparison.

Gear 5 "toyed" with Kaido only in the first few minutes, when Kaido was completely caught off guard by the ridiculous nature of G5's fighting style. After which it turned into a more even fight, leaning towards Kaido's favour.
Kaido even "won" the first round of him vs G5, where Luffy had to forcibly pump himself up to start gear 5 for another round.

Kaido can easily fight for a couple of rounds of gear 5, the amount of hax G5 takes and how much Luffy gets nerfed afterwards, makes it unreliable except for the finale.
And Kaido is outright stronger than any form aside from Gear 5.

Luffy started the fight without adv COC and Awakening

Right now he starts the fight with both and more experienced Luffy alone could take Kaido better than the 5 Supernovas on the roof

Rayleigh can knock out 90% of them with his CoC alone.

Dude was already far superior than anyone else. When you see garp stomping all BBP who had Kuzan and Shiryu. None of the SN can do anything.
Best proof is Kizaru who destroyed half of the SN by himself.
All SHP struggled to beat one pacifista an one shot material for Rayleigh.

Rayleigh has also coo and coa, so they can't pierce his defense.
And should I talk about adv.coa, FS that problably Rayleigh has ? Last but not the least a sword + adv.coc.

Rayleigh could have soloed the entire SA. There were only fodders, low tiers, lower mid tiers so 0 issue.
If you still don't believe then let me tell you that SA Luffy or SA Zoro at 100% could have soloed the entire SA except the supernovas and their crews and obviously the Pacifistas.

At EL, Luffy was soloing the island.
So think about Rayleigh.

And Kaido started the final round weakened while luffy just got a nap and a mountain of meat to rejuvenate himself and then in the end, luffy still barely won.

Yeah Kaidos still stronger

According to Luffy, he is 100x stronger than he was in Sabody. You think current Luffy is still not ready to take on old Rayleigh?

No I think Luffy's line is telling you that they all got stronger by x100 simple as that. And it's everyone.
Ussop was 10 and now 100.
Frany was 5k and now 50k.
Etc.

But that's was Luffy without awakening
I don't think the rematch would look bad for Luffy

The rematch would end with luffy getting high diffed by Kaido. Luffy came back basically at full to the rooftop after a snack and Kaido was canonically weakened.

The fight ended with luffy exhausted and unconscious for over a week. If Kaido was at full health, he’d have won that fight.
