Break Week For me Buggy is still yonko level..

altho oda did him bad in chapter 1058..but buggy teh clown for me is still yonko level..

yonko isn't measured by strenght or how strong you are..it's measured by achievements and deeds..

1-Buggy was part of roger crew who found one piece..That's pirate king roger we are talking about..

2-he escaped from impel down...only few pirates could achieve that..

3-he participated in marinford war and helped saving luffy ..

4-he gathered many allies and followers...he basically like luffy he turns enemies into his allies..even whitebeard noticed that during marinford war..

5-he's got one of the best and most useful evil fruits...how so????..future chapters will tell ..mark my words..

now what is problem with buggy????..

problem with buggy is buggy himself..he need to trust in himself and stop thinking he's weak..U can be goofy and strong at a same time..there no problem with that..

Buggy would be immune to haki imbued sword. Buggy's df makes his body does split around the blade and it won't touch Buggy. He just splits when you cut him, that's how Buggy's df works. Haki doesn't nullify df. Shanks said to Buggy that you can't get hurt no matter how much they cut you and he didn't bleed against Mihawk could be a solid evidence that he is immune to black blade
