You should start off your thread with reasons as to why you think this the case. I think a big reason as to why Jinbe's bounty is higher is because of his former Warlord status.

Jinbe is strong, but I think his abilities work best when there's water around. Sanji is strong as well, but he's not quite as strong as he could be yet.

Thats irrelevant to the point I was saying. Bounties are useless and meaningless....but now people using it to powerscale. Even though Oda only ever sets the amounts just for gags.
