First of all i do agree Zoro > Sanji

Now that issue is gone because he has a stronger body now. Sanji asked Zoro to kill him after confirming his modifications are complete, so he does kinda know what he's capable of doing.

If he knew what he was capable of doing he wouldn't of continued to hit Queen with DJ attacks

As I said, Sanji is training his Haki to accommodate hotter flames, so he does have access to hotter flames before his transformation. And we get an on-panel confirmation from Sanji saying his transformation is complete. He also intended to finish off Queen before losing his mind meaning he knew he's gonna get killed post-IJ.

How is he supposed to know exactly how powerful his flames are before he uses them? How much damage they would deal?

Sanji knows what an exoskeleton is ever since he was a kid. He just recalls everything for the users to know what he's about to do. That's the author's way of explaining his newfound powers. Sanji himself always knew a stronger body would accommodate hotter flames, which is the whole point of him training his Haki. It's his body and his flames, and he's been training to improve his body. It doesn't take Vega Punk to know exo-gives him the stronger body that he needs to host hotter flames.

Rooftop Zoro is enough to have more than half of the fanbase seething. It's factual that none of the rookies that weren't on the rooftop is going to have better feats and portrayal than that version of Zoro.
