Future Events Forget Elbaf Arc

People still believes we will have an Elbaf Arc.

Funnily enough is the same people that believes Emperors are dead.

Forget one of theses ideas.

Elbaf Arc makes no sense without Big Mom. What would be the plot? Shanks? Usopp? For what reason? What are their connections with Giants or Elbaf? NONE!

The least reason and very unlikely would be the fight between Brogy and Dorry finaly ended so we could have a reunion... But that's it no plot at all.

No Big Mom = No Elbaf Arc.

From now on if you believe in Elbaf Arc you are also believing Big Mom is alive(and by logic Kaido as well).

Your logic doesn't track because there doesn't need to be any prior reason for the Strawhats to go to an island. What if the log pose just points them there? Ez, done.

They had a reason for which island since Dressrosa.

Dressrosa. Zou. WCI. Wano.

Now we are back to adventure? Luffy with 3 Red Poneglyphs? Possibly with Pluton too.

I don't mind Big Mom coming back. Her crew is looking for her so if she's still alive, they could retrieve her and have Smoothie suck the lava out. I still think Elbalf will occur with or without her, very important place for Usopp, not to mention the last road poneglyph could possibly be there and just the number of Giant allies they met makes them visiting pretty likely. Oda can progress the story even without a huge arc boss.

In regards to Kaido, I don't mind regardless of what Oda does with him, he's already been beaten and that was a week ago in-story.

Since when did Big Mom become the reason for Elbaf arc??? Big Mom is absolutely irrelevant for the arc that's been in the making for 900+ chapters.

Oda can easily make the conflict be about the Giants internal issues or bring in some other issues related to the emperors or Worst Generation.


Another way somebody can look at it is: Imagine hyping up a country for being the land of the warriors, the land of the strongest species in the world, the country that's considered the strongest country in the world. Yet it's Boss fight or w.e is going to be some schmuk that's not even a warrior of Elbaf.. really?

Then imagine having Wano without Kaido because he was defeated by Kid alliance when he jumped off sky island.

We still had a lot of plot that doesn't need Kaido. But would be an arc?

Why was Loki introduced, why was Hajrudin stated to dream of becoming the king of giants (Loki's bound title as the prince) and why was Elbaf hinted to have what seemed to be a giant tree in Big Mom's flashback if nothing of this will be addressed?

He loves vikings and one of (if not his) favorite shows as a kid was Vicky the viking. Oda even stated this show is probably the reason he loves pirates so much.

Idk what the obsession with Elbaf is, might just be usopp fans who think he's gonna get conquerors and do some shennanigans.
