Four Emperors Matchups (In chronolgical order):

1. Red Hair Pirates vs. Cross Guild:

- This battle will revolve around unresolved conflicts, primarily centering on the rivalry between Shanks and Mihawk. Their duel, which never reached a clear conclusion in the past, will take center stage, making their personal fight the main focus of the larger crew battle.

2. Straw Hat Pirates vs. Blackbeard Pirates:

- The clash between Luffy and Blackbeard's crews will be a high-stakes confrontation to determine who can secure the final Road Poneglyph. The outcome of this fight will have massive implications for the race to become the Pirate King.

3. Straw Hat Pirates vs. Cross Guild:

- This encounter will take the form of a "Davy Back Fight," a pirate game traditionally used to claim members of another crew. The battle will see Luffy’s crew facing off against the Cross Guild, with the prize being the loyalty and strength of individual crew members.

4. Red Hair Pirates vs. Blackbeard Pirates:

- In this fierce showdown, Shanks and Blackbeard will go head-to-head in a struggle for supremacy. At stake is nothing less than who will rise to the title of "King of the World," making this confrontation pivotal in determining the future balance of power among the world’s strongest pirates.

5. Straw Hat Pirates vs. Red Hair Pirates:

- The final battle between Luffy and Shanks will be a climactic fight with the goal of deciding who will claim One Piece.

Oda will never feed Shanks to Mihawk nor vice verse. Your theory falls apart right away lol
A future battle between Shanks and Mihawk is inevitable. Oda has been aware of the anticipation surrounding this showdown for a long time, and it's clear he plans to resolve it before the series concludes. There's also a strong possibility that this confrontation will take place before Zoro and Mihawk face off in their own highly anticipated final duel.

Shanks is the most protected character in the story, and he’s by Oda’s own words his self insert

there’s no way he’ll have him take an L in any shape or form right before he fights his other favorite, Luffy

Did I ever say that Shanks would be the one to lose in their battle?

I'm well aware that he's Oda's self-insert and one of the most crucial characters in the entire One Piece story, second to the Straw Hat crew in importance.

But then that would take away from Mihawks character, and make Zoro look even worse when he beats him?

who gains from this battle?

But Mihawk can't lose before fighting Zoro. Or else it means Zoro will be the one to defeat Shanks.
Who says Mihawk can't lose before his final battle with Zoro?

Mihawk plays a significant role in the story beyond just his final confrontation with Zoro.

Regarding Zoro, his ultimate battle isn't solely defined by his fight with Mihawk, so you don’t need to worry.

Oda will never feed us with direct flashback of Shanks vs Mihawk.
- During Shanks fight with BB and Zoro fight with Mihawk maybe the only time we see one or two panel of them fighting.

so Zoro will fight Shanks and not Mihawk for the WSS title then?

Mihawk is the last hadle Zoror needs to overcome to become not just the WSS but the strongest swordsman of all time so he can fulfil his promise to Kuina.

Mihawk losing to another swordsman would be beyond bad writing on Oda's part

Mihawk losing to another swordsman wouldn't be bad writing on Oda's part.

Consider this: why is Mihawk the only former Shichibukai whose backstory has yet to be revealed?

It's interesting that Mihawk, one of the original Shichibukai, holds a specific "title," and so far, the titles held by other Shichibukai have been proven wrong or misleading as the story has progressed.

For example, Crocodile was initially regarded as the hero of Alabasta, only to be exposed as a villain . Boa Hancock was hailed as the most beautiful woman in the world, but later it was revealed that Shirahoshi holds that distinction. Then there's Kuma, labeled a "tyrant," yet it turns out he was actually a priest and one of the kindest characters we've seen. So, who’s next? It could very well be Mihawk.

Oda will reveal Mihawk's backstory, especially his connection with Shanks, to explain how he earned his title and whether it's truly deserved. To prove or disprove this, Mihawk might need to fight Shanks in the current timeline, which could finally put to rest the long-standing debate about their strength.

If Shanks wins their battle, will Zoro eventually fight Shanks? The answer is yes. There are several reasons for this. One of it is, Oda has subtly drawn parallels between Shanks and Zoro throughout the story. For instance, both of their bounty posters bear similarities (staring at the left side), both have a scar over their left eye, and both share a deep bond with Luffy, having made sacrifices for him. They also share a love for sake.

Additionally, Oda has placed a strong emphasis on the idea that "Haki transcends all," particularly Conqueror's Haki. Even if Zoro wields a black blade and achieves mastery as a swordsman, his level would still be on par with Mihawk. However, to truly surpass Mihawk, Zoro will need to elevate his Conqueror's Haki to the next level. Conqueror's Haki, therefore, will play a crucial role in Zoro’s eventual growth and in surpassing Mihawk, and to fight Shanks.

After revealing the consequences Bartolomeo faced for burning Shanks' flag, do you really think Oda won’t showcase the highly anticipated duel between the strongest swordsmen? Oda is merely postponing it, and the encounter between the Red Hair Pirates and the Cross Guild presents the perfect moment to finally unveil this clash.

hancock still holds the title of worlds most beautiful women
In the One Piece world, those who have seen Shirahoshi personally say that she is prettier than Hancock.

"She is beyond what the stories say..."

According to the rumors, they say she is as beautiful as Hancock as Garp has said. But if you see her in person, you will realize she is even more beautiful than Hancock. Garp has confirmed it based on his dialogue, "I'd say she even passes that bar." Sanji had confirmed too and she has seen Hancock personally.
