Really? How come they survived 2 years of TS, then? 
Look how happy Zoro was meeting Luffy again back in Sabaody & Wano, and then compared it to his muted reaction at meeting the Cook again on both islands.
Zoro and Cook tolerate each other. That's it. They know what the other is capable of doing, but any notion that they are friends is laughable, if not outright trolling.
And saying they are best friends is like saying Don Krieg is stronger than Akainu.

When Sanji thought he was loosing his mind he called Zoro to make sure no one else has to fight/finish him, that means he has trust in Zoro. Sanji also took care of Zoro when he had all his bones broken... Dude they are like brothers that enjoy make fun of eachother

i don’t get how people still didn’t understand their dynamics. They are absolutely like brothers and would instantly die if it would save the other one. If Zoro would have been in WCI, he would have cut open whole Germanfor what they have done to Sanji. He would never say it to Sanji, like Sanji wouldnt to Zoro. But there is no doubt.

Luffy is obviously Zoros main person in the crew. But Zoro and Sanji obviously behave like two brothers. Do you have a brother or know brothers? They act oftenly exactly like that. Specialy when you consider the rare moments when they show fully trust in each other, like Sanji did this arc.
