Well durability definitely partially equals strength. There's many factors like strength, speed, devil fruit mastery, haki mastery, other mastery in whatever fighting style, durability and endurance.

WB had the best endurance closely followed by Akainu.
Kaido has the best durability closely followed by Big Mom.

well agility and ability also plays a role so we dont know it but even there both are equal to WB
If BM would unleash her weather ability she could create tornados enhanced with lighting and parralel to it she could light thunder rain on her opponents and enhance hurricanes with fire she could wreak havoc
so ability wise BM is even greater maybe hakiwise there could be the main difference we need to see her haki ability
so for now dont assume BM is behind anyone

Jozu only has good durability when he activates his fruit not in base.

Kaido has the best durability in his base form closely followed by Big Mom.

Jozu with his devil fruit probably has comparable or even better durability than Kaido and Big Mom but as soon as Kaido and Big Mom apply haki to further enhance their guard/durability they outclass Jozu again.

Kaido in hybrid or dragon form (not sure which has better durability yet) + haki > Kaido in base with haki = Big Mom in base with haki > Jozu in diamond form + haki > Kaido hybrid or dragon form without haki = Jozu diamond form without haki > Kaido base = Big Mom base > Jozu base

We have no feats from weevil yet so idk what you're talking about...
