Yuji came back 2x, Megumi died but Sukuna healed him & reversed it before it could be permanent in Shibuya.
Nobara stayed dead. Gojo died to Toji & came back in his flashback before dying for good against Sukuna.

In terms of recent manga I wouldn't really know, but compared to more older Shounen Gege is far less reluctant to kill characters compared to other authors:

Spoiler: bleach

Kubo didn't pull through with Byakuya which was such a waste

Spoiler: one piece

Oda can't even kill off minor characters like Pell

Spoiler: naruto

Kishimoto gradually killed the Akatsuki but kinda ruined it with the edo tensei

MHA has few deaths
Demon Slayer tended to be on the safe side, only killing one major character before final arc
