TAC can sniff out even the most lowkey characters bound to be clowned by the author, he has an affinity or an attraction to them to the point where you can consider it a talent because he picks them up before any clear signals are given to the rest of the community. King should have been the safe pick, hard body, pure edgy badass type, right hand man who Oda always treats with utmost respect, but Oda decided to break all rules this one time and turn him into plant food.

I'll never doubt TAC, the actual logical explanation behind this phenomenon is I think he has a soft spot for obscure irrelevant characters that the author doesn't really favour or like. Opposite of teacher's pet. Like TAC feels bad for them and opens up an orphanage. Shiryu is fucking doomed, and I wish I was joking.

It is not too far fetched to believe that Fujitora already killed Shiryu given that Shiryu’s captain shat his 4 billion britches at the sight of a mummy:

And it becomes clear to see that Shiryu is a part of a group of characters (Cracker, Katakuri, Queen, Zolo, etc) who ultimately serve no purpose other than to hype the real top tiers.

So the question becomes: how long will Oda keep the Tiger lurking in the bushes? How long before the Tiger actually pounces? We already saw Fujitora accidentally leak out his conqueror’s Haki during a time where Oda was still trying to bait middle-schoolers into believing any non-Admiral actually poses a threat to an Admiral:

Come to think of it, every Yonko + level character (Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru, Ryokugyu, probably some others) have had their own fair share of moments where they were allowed to completely humiliate commanders, except for Fujitora, so Shiryu could be the perfect character for Fujitora to completely disgrace.

So how long before Shiryu gets the fodder Commander treatment just like his brethren in bitch tier?
