So WG hired Three Admirals with CoC & Proposed the Position to Garp who also have it
But when it comes to Kizaru, They decided to give him that Position even though He doesn't have CoC?
As i said, if Akainu has it, then so does Aokiji, and if Fleet Admiral, Two Admirals & guy who refused Admiral Position are all CoC Users, then Kizaru is definitely CoC Users, and if every Admiral is such, then Fuji & Ryo must have it, otherwise They wouldn't be Recruited
As i said, Akainu vs Aokiji Fight shows that Akainu is not Superior than Admirals, He is same Level as them

2. Just because they dont have CoC doesn’t mean Kuzan and Sakazuki arent superior to the rest. Sakazuki and Kuzan aren’t the standard, they’re the strongest, CoC doesn’t matter since they have broken fruits, decent haki, and Kuzan has the raw strength of Prime Garp.

Streusen turned entire Whole Cake Castle into Cake & Cut it to Pieces like nothing
That's just what DF Powers do, there are Dozens of DF Users who can change entire Islands in less than a Minute

the same justice that freely allows slavery and human trade auctions?
the same justice that was formed for simply destroying the Great Kingdom?
the same justice that went on to massacre children simply for being a possible offspring of Roger?

Ryokugyu made it pretty clear that, as far as the World Government and the Marines are concerned, inhabitants of nations that aren't part of the World Government can be slaughtered with no justification needed. Meanwhile, nations that are part of the World Government have to pay a huge tribute.
are their good marines yes but all those good marines fall under Garp outside of Issho.
the WG protection comes at a price in a heavenly tribute..
& that sad crime is simply studying the past....
whos to say we havent seen it happen yet.
Pure CoC luffy was fine against both BM and Kaido.
