It's a popular fan theory that Fuji and Smoker will clash with CG. Do you think this will happen?

On the one hand, it would give a good explanation for why Smoker wasn't at Egghead or Hachinosu. It'd also make sense for these two to go after CG since Fuji is the one responsible for the Warlords being disbanded, and Smoker has history with Croc. With CG placing bounties on the Marines, it'd make sense that the Marines would send a large strike force after them.

However, I can't see either Fuji or Mihawk getting straight up defeated. Maybe the Marines and CG will just clash but the fight will be inconclusive?

There is a big chanche that there will be no marine opponents in the final arc for the SHs

My main concern with it though is that neither side can win since it would make no sense narratively for Fuji to take Mihawk out of the story or vice versa, so if it happens, I'll just be an inconclusive fight. So the fight may seem like filler. I guess that maybe it can give Smoker's character some payoff by having him get a few good hits in on Croc

Buggy doesn’t need to fight Luffy. Hell fight Coby so Coby can beat one of Luffys rivals and the king of the world.

Why does it accomplish nothing ?

It builds cross guild up as an even bigger threat showing the marines themselves can't stop the marine hunting.
