Some Zoro fans are just different man.
I like how finally side of Zolo fanboys opened...so as it seems fanatics, Buggy believers, now will try to made Killer looking worser than Zolol, but fact is that Killer looking the same, there no bleeding showed.
Now from other hand on Kidd attack, Kaido reaction was "Ughhh", so it's clear that Kidd dealed damage, and his mod is somewhat stronger than G4 Luffy in the begining of Wano arc.

From what I've personally seen,Kaido took 0 visual damage this chapter,the drops near him look more like debris to me.
Blood is usually more highlighted in this type of scenes(like up example:Zoro vs Kamazou).
Red roc is the last attack that did something significant to Kaido.

if this is blood it indicates that Killer hurt Kaido like Zoro, and if this is right it indicates that Killer’s attack was equivalent to Zoro’s, so I disagree with the topic

Of course there is not going to be any blood from the side, because the attack landed in the front, which is where the droplets are from. Oda even went out of his way to highlight Kaido's neck in the very next panel.
