The Mantis Shrimp is a wonderful oddity in the Animal Kingdom, possessing a punch that is as strong as a .22 caliber bullet.
Despite it's small size, with the largest being around 30 cm, the Mantis Shrimp's punch makes it a formidable foe, capable of splitting a human thumb down to the bone.
I would like to see either a Giant or Fish-Man with this Fruit.
A Giant could use the Mantis-Shrimp Fruit to make punches on the level of King Kong Gun (Luffy)/King Punch (Elizabello), which would be devastating in close range.
While a Fish-Man eating this Fruit would lose their ability to swim, it also has other interesting applications: the Mantis Shrimp's punch is so powerful, it can rip apart water itself, and creates a small vacuum that produces an air bubble underwater. Fish-Men/Merfolk with Devil Fruits can still use Fish-Man Karate, as far as we know.
A Fish-Man with the Mantis Shrimp Fruit could combine Fish-Man Karate, and its ability to damage people through transferring shockwaves through water and water vapor, with the Mantis Punch to do devastating amounts of internal damage. When combined with Ryuo, or Haki that flows into the opponent and blasts into their insides, this would be even more deadly.
A Mantis Shrimp Fish-Man eating the Mantis Shrimp Fruit could also produce a legendary fighter with one of the strongest punches in the series.
In this case, I'd love for them to have individual Shrimps on their knuckles, to act as added damage, so that their fist/knuckles both fire at once. A Fish-Man like this could also fight underwater using Bubble technology.
Fitting with the small but deadly theme, the Awakening either shrinking the Shrimp down to a smaller, but deadlier, size would be funny, or, we could go the Chopper route, with the strongest Mantis Shrimp Punch making the user shrink down to the size of a shrimp after using it.
A Fish-Man fighting with this Fruit underwater could use the punches to propel themselves around, as long as they were in a Bubble.

SHRIMP STAMPEDE! (Attack a giant battering ram to the butt, then turns around, and punches in the other direction to launch their ass at the enemy)
SHRIMP COCKTAIL! (Multiple Shrimp Splitters)
SHRIMP SPLITTER! (Basic punch)
SHRIMP SUPPLEX (uses force from Shrimp Splitter, while holding the enemy with Shrimp Legs in Full Zoan, to twist and supplex the enemy)
SHRIMP SANDWICH (smashes both fists into an enemy from the sides while in Hybrid to sandwich them)
