In order to keep up with zoro and sanji how would you make Jinbe stronger? Personally think chopper making him a perfected energy steroid could be really interesting

He is already equal to zoro and slightly weaker than sanji. He does not need a power-up he only needs a chance to show his real power

He won’t get stronger he’ll just get access to more and more water as he fights.

His next fight will likely be at a coast; then his final fight could be underwater where he can be as strong as S-Shark.

2. The "go back to your old crew who you abandoned" fish man karate technique to help him in 1 v 10s

To make him stronger than or as strong as Sanji keep him as he is tbh. At most he'd need better CoO.
To make him stronger than or as strong as Zoro.. Oh boy. Would take a lot for that.
Two types of Advanced Haki would be necessary, imo.

Jimbei is at a fine level and doesn't need more power ups, he can deal with anything as he has proven in front of Akainu and Big Mom (top tier whatever agenda you may have)
Sanji is the one who needs to step up his haki game if he wants to surpass Jimbei; because right now, the fishman takes the number 3 spot.

Against Akainu one could say he lost but he never really fought with him? Just tanked his attack. He single handedly defeated Who's Who and all of the goons without much effort.
