Left out. I can handle most gags, but the Fishman Island nosebleed is the one that shouldn't have been a plot point.
I'm still trying to make my brain accept it. So far I have been able to rationalize to myself that the pent up frustration from the 2 years without and sensory overload of dreams coming true mixed with lust, caused his blood pressure to spike heavily to the point of rupturing a smaller artery in the nose. Given his passion, causing the heart to pump harder, he bled out faster than normal.
That's the best I've got and I'm sticking to it, otherwise the scene cannot make sense to me.
