Despite the fact that Doffy killed his father and his brother, in some twisted way, family is something he holds very dear.
As he stated, he would kill anybody who hurts his family.
With this chapter, Myosgard has been killed by Garling.
Whether or not Doffy actually feels any deep connection to Myosgard, he was his family. Unlike Homing or Roscinante, Myosgard didn't betray Doffy in any way that we know of. So it is safe to say, Garling broke Doffy's blood rule and hence will incur his wrath.
Beyond that, Garling is shown to have authority over matters concerning the civilian Celestial Dragons. This means its highly likely that he was in some ways responsible for the decision not to let Homing back into Mariejois once his family was being targeted, as well as the decision to subsequently bar Doffy from celestial dragon status when he gave the CDs Homing's head.
Ultimately, in killing Myosgard, Garling committed a crime against the Don Quixote family. Who else will avenge him, if not for Doflamingo?
