Lol did you made this because of our profile post discussion with @Admiral Lee Hung and @Shuyaku ? 
In either case, i already replied to this.

So, any Garou-form outside of his awakened form should get blitzed and destroyed imo

Pre half-monster Garou dies fast.
There’s an off chance current Garou with his limiter broken can win given he has time to adapt to Flashy’s speed but assuming Flashy is going for the kill he won’t be given much time for that. With his endurance level he should take a good number of his attacks, Flashy will need some higher end moves to put him down.

Base Garou gets killed immediately. Base Garou was going to lose extreme diff to Metal Bat who is around a High Demon, while Flashy solo’d 2 Mid Dragons Mid/High Diff.
Half Monster Garou gets high or extreme diffed. Outside of Darkshine’s lapse in confidence, Darkshine is still stronger overall than half monster Garou, and flashy >= Darkshine.
