1 This will be the end of the legendary Marine Hero Garp, self admittedly an old man
2 This will be the birth of the Marine Hero Coby whose resolve strengthens after heart break just like Luffy post Ace
3 Garp will do what Shanks did - bet it all on the new era and save one of the keys for the dawn.
He has already seen that Coby has Luffy type of potential. Like Luffy has inherited Rogers will Coby has inherited Garps will.
4 This will be a mix of Jiraiyas death with Garp uncovering enough secret intel for BB to be beatable (impossible if you don't know his secret)
5 The other part of the mix is Dumbledores death (Kuzan will kill him but it is on Garps orders as he already knows his era is over and the good guys need an inside man like Snape was)

That only proves Akainu wasn't powerful enough to be a leader to Aokiji, they were equals, thus Aokiji choose to follow a stronger leader than Akainu, who is BB. If Akainu is stronger than other Admirals such as Kizaru, then so is Aokiji, if Akainu didn't exist, Aokiji would be the fleet admiral over Kizaru.
Look at the conclusion of their fight, someone had to win so they could move on as fleet admiral, fighting forever like Dorry and Brogy would leave the marines as leaderless.
At the end, magma and ice are equally divided, if Akainu was even a little bit stronger there should've been more magma than ice at the end:
its %50 %50, not even %60 magma %40 ice, they were equals until the last clash still didn't overpower the ice,
Akainu was heavily wounded after the fight as well, and was scarred and lost half of his right ear.

Looking forward to Garp vs the BB pirates. Good chance to learn more about the Rocks Pirates. I hope BB fights Garp just to crush the myth that "Hakiman" are invincible against BB. It would also put Kuzan in a tough spot. Maybe the Tenth Titantic Captain makes an appearance when Garp invades the island, good way to hype the missing Captain by clashing with Garp.
