What is a starter doc?

I mean here sexuologist. He/she is the main brain in the mission of transition, sending me to the right docs in the right time and deciding what to do and what meds will be the right ones for me. Other docs what I will need is psychologist and psychiatrist, which I already have... There is a separate doc who gives me the right amount of meds and army of docs to which I will have to go to make tests and all. It will be a bit but I can do that. Besides, I waited for that at least 6 years if not 9.
