I have a similar issue with my phone. No matter how tired I am after work, the moment I lie down and start looking at it I cannot sleep.

Think it's got something to do with the blue light.

That blue light from your smartphone can also wake you up completely, as long as you got 3 hours of sleep last night at minimum.

It takes at least 10 mins of staring at your smartphone to take effect though.
