Use neutrogena t gel / nizoral shampoo, I am cursed with seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp, I used to suffer a lot, But now I have zero flakes from last few years.
I apply Ordinary’s 7% Glycolic acid on my scalp 10 mins before head wash, Also use scalp scrub and massage my scalp using a silicone scalp massager ,
then t gel shampoo.
I wash my hair every day and barely have any flakes.

I do because I have fair skin. I think everyone should wear it and protect his or her skin. After all, the skin is the human body’s largest organ, so applying sunscreen can prevent skin cancer and aging.
you think the people who turn 100 now used sunscreen religiously as kids?
wear clothes that cover you instead. rubbing your entire body with chemicals, microplastic and additives doesn't even sound good or healthy on paper. I would only use it when I really must. if you go swimming or such. and always try to use stuff with natural ingredients.

really makes one wonder how humans have survived in the past when no sunscreen existed. light skinned people (~50% of the worlds population) should be extinct if the sun was such a great enemy that can only be endured by rubbing yourself in a mixture of UVA and UVB blocking chemicals.

People used to look older than they were when sunscreens weren’t as popular as today tbh, despite that one should always check ingredients when you are shopping for your skin and body, 100% mineral based sunscreens are fine, There are also good chemical sunscreen which do not contain harmful chemicals.

Anyone of you ever watched those idiotic Sigma/Alpha videos on how to be a better "man"?
I have and a lot of what some channels preach is usually good advice. Work out, good hygiene, stop watching porn, force yourself to start approaching women so you have experience etc

You only hear of the Tates of the world because the shit they say is controversial af

That is just a plain advice how to be a good person overall regardless of gender.

The videos I mean are those that put men on a pedestal where they need to comfort to certain traits in order to be Alpha/Beta/Sigma - You are only a man if you are X Y Z and so on

I find those to be pretty damn stupid lmao
Tho whole idea of Alpha, Beta and Sigma is ridiculous too IMO

Every trait you can associate to a man you can associate to a woman too and vice versa.

yeah but tbh men are not as social as women so often they don't hear stuff like this through their friend groups

yeah those are the controversial ones lol, there's plenty of people who are just into teaching men how to be adults

Eh idk about that i guess it depends on where you are from. My male friend group is pretty open about stuff as long as it is classy. We had a friend before that was too boastful about sex so he was over time kicked out of the group
