This can't possibly end well. I am not invested in OP ships but the following two are something I wish to see even if it is non-canon. Okay, here goes nothing:

1. Luffy x Margueritte (They both did plenty for each other and clearly Margueritte is attracted to Luffy's sincere nature)
2. Zoro x Vivi (Mr. Bushido needs to stop)

In seriousness, Luffy x Zoro bromance (no romance, no yaoi stuff) at EoS would be welcome too. Those two continuing their adventures together without their trusted navigator would be f**king hilarious.
