That's the exception not the rule. I don't think you'd be poor if you OWN a whole apartment complex in the first place. Poor people don't usually own anything. That's what being poor means.
If you own a whole apartment complex then I think it's fair to assume you're probably a POS. If you have two or three properties that you are renting out I don't really see a problem with that. But if your whole shtick is being a landlord then you're definitely profiting off of people's basic needs.
silly you, thats not possible, if you own a building that automatically means you cant struggle to feed your family. fuck nuance, fuck logic, the world is black and white.
doesnt really matter. he made an absolute statement about people owning buildings never struggling to provide for their family, which clearly is BS because of these exceptions. I.e. the nuance that he claims doesnt exist with this.
but well, we now found out he just didnt know what a building was

Ok. So you have 1% of landlords that own big complexes going through a tough financial situation while 99% of them raise their tenants rents cause there will be no consequences if they do so. I understand you guys don't like C4N and that he usually just bulldozes instead of having an actual convo, but my point still stands.
people who once had a nice paying job -> got a house -> then lose the job -> dont find new jobs -> struggle to eat -> maybe lose your house.
this is fairly simple and i explained this like pages ago. if only you would read what people are saying instead of just reading what you want into their comments.

I think we are not understanding each other. By building I'm not talking about a house, i'm talking about a BUILDING. Meaning a huge building with multiple flat and studios. Of course people can be struggling with a house.
