Well, as a trans person, I mostly noticed that screaming out everything at once don't do well and just makes transphobes even more transphobic etc I mostly just act as I always do, show them or tell everything with what I struggle etc in a more, how to put it... "natural" flow of conversation what is more from heart. I not once later met with people I was talking to that I kinda showed them that "oh trans people are like everyone else after all" and all. When there is a chance or a moment I get people to notice it here as well. Toxicity is everywhere and I just don't like to fight it through screaming cuz this just gives more fuel.

I'm doing things this way because I think we need to take back the conversation. As there is no risk for people to get altright radicalized by this thread, the best thing to do is to overflow them with information.

Now, this is what I could do as a Cis person. Now that thereis a trans person in the conversation. It changes thing. We can adapt the conversation.
