Honsetly, US and other major powers can just scold these 2 parties and say; Here we have divided the land between you two. Continue to live within these boundaries, dont attack each other, dont try to colonize, etc.
At the same time, empower Palestine's government and military (so there there is no need for groups like Hamas).
India and Pakistan is a good example. It is possible, but they just don't want to do it. Why? They have other plans in this region.
