Its never ending circle. we cannot really be alive if we dont have problems,

They call those disorders actually.Bipolar disorder,schizoid personality disorder,borderline disorder and so on.I dont think transgenderism is classified as anything due to political reasons.

Used to be gender identity disorder iirc, now its called gender dysphoria because of the negative connotation of disorder
