If you go up to a conservative/republican on the street and show them two headlines from Fox News and CNN with totally different headlines but the Fox New's headline is beyond misleading and tell them, "For five dollars, can you tell me which one of these headlines are misleading?" They'll pick the Fox New's headline but only for financial benefit. If money was not offered they'd immediately pick the CNN one. It's all about being selfish and ignoring basic facts and critical thinking skills for the sake of monetary value.
