I’m an Indian American. My parents were from india, but I was born and raised in the states.
Which is probably why my views are much different from Tejas’s, who’s views are basically the average Indians’ from what I’ve seen.

But most of my family in india are far right BJP supporters.

The real scapegoat of far right Indian politics are Muslims, which bjp supporters seem to hate with a passion.

LGBTQ are human beings deserving same rights everyone else.

Trans women want to use women's toilets, trans men don't want to use men's.
Trans women want to participate in women's sport, trans men don't want to participate in men's.
Trans women want to become fashion models but trans men don't want to become truck drivers.

1. In Democracy, do the majority form government?
2. Which religion shows pride in it's numbers and focusing on increasing it's population in a rapid pace?
3. What happened in history to the minorities if the area became Islamized?

Like I remember them saying that they didn’t want india to take in the rohingyan refugees, despite them literally being genocided in Myanmar, because they were bad people(aka muslim).
I just don’t think whether or not a person is a muslim should effect how you treat them.
