I'm not for censoring, far from it. But he is the owner and has actively made the problem worse. You need someone at the helm who is as impartial as possible and keeps the guidelines consistent. If it were up to me I'd make twitter abide by public utility rules. It's just a fact that Elon has tried to sell himself as this "warrior of truth" when all he does is spread his own shitty opinions on everybody's TL.

Nazi Germany state had lots of control yes, but they allowed self accumulation and growth to those they deemed loyal and necessary to the regime flourishing. Hitler used lots of nationalist and facist propaganda to get the people on his side without having to do much military intervention. The left wing elements of Nazi Germany was purely to make sure assets don't go to "undesirables", using right wing methods to enforce it.

You know what, I actually somewhat agree with you.
The established news lie and spread propaganda and make it look legit.
Watch any documentary made by the German public broadcasters and you'll see.
They don't necessarily spread unfiltered fake news but are rather selective in which information they let you know about a certain even and then blow it out of proportion, neglecting other equally important aspects.
