Israel's bombing comes from airplanes, and this is a barrage of many rockets as typical from Hamas - one of those rockets malfunctioned and you can clearly see it crashing down and then a big explosion, it's not a direct air strike from a plane
it's rockets from Gaza where one of them falls at Gaza

The point you are telling us to look at was already used by the IDF, unfortunately the timing doesn't match as its about 1 hour after the hospital strike. A journalist already clarified it in this thread:

Anyway, at the moment an IDF person claimed the strike, I think all discussion is useless here. IDF already admitted to hitting the hosptial.

The missiles are believed to have come from Gaza, visible proof >>> . Whether they were intercepted or not is another thing, but from my naked eye it looks like the missile went up, then went wrong and sank back down but I am not a military expert like TAC said

It boggles my mind how bad Israel handled this whole situation. The moment Hamas attacked Israel could have taken the high road and go for diplomacy, it would make Israel seem as martyr rather than bully and sympathy of the entire world would be on their side.

But Israel decided to genocide civilians instead and thus making their allies question their allegiance to Israel and on top of it just re-enforced anti Israel ideas in the area.

Things are fairly tame on the West Bank (besides whats happening right now bcs of Hamas attack.) The palestinian there live a bit better, and they have a goverment).
I think the reason is because the whole thing is a clusterfuck. it's not a straight line border. And they don't want to create a vacuum for a Hamas like thing to prop up.
