The bill is passing, whether I like it or not. So honestly? I am for it backfiring on the republicans so much that they never gain power again.

its one thing to actively push for it, and it’s another to see it as an inevitability and being in a “fuck it” state. If you can’t see the difference between those two that I can’t help you.

that half dead carcass wouldn’t have pushed for Medicaid cuts so yeah, I’ll blame those retards for that.
Say whatever you want about Biden, it wouldn’t have been as worse as trump

You need senate support to impeach trump and right now you have a bunch of sycophants in senate. An impeachment inquire would be purely a virtue signal, quite literally what you accused me of

ironic
There's a difference between virtue signaling about "wokeism" or whatever, and another is showing real opposition against authoritarianism. I never argued Biden would be worse or equally as bad as Trump, and I've repeatedly stated that I don't think Kamala would've bombed Iran. But that doesn't excuse their lack of fight or drive to do the right thing.

And yeah, I do take this personally, Cuz I know people who are on medicaid, and your heartless ass is out here supporting it since you think it hurts the other side. You aren't affected by this and yet you celebrate it. You are a disgusting person, and a shill to the dem establishment.
Fight fight fight!
I hate having to pay taxes when those making billions can often pay $0. Either we all pay or none of us do 🤷‍♂️
Anarcocapitalism is the way to go.

Then explain how it’s harmful, show a single shred of evidence from a reputable source (no OANN or Benny Shapiro soundbites!) about the harm it supposedly causes…I’m sure you’ve never interacted with a trans person before which is why you’re so scared of whatever Fox News tells you to be afraid of, but as someone who has known several people who have transitioned, every single one of them feels more comfortable in their skin and aren’t interested in harming anyone else despite the overwhelming bigotry they face from others. Your thoughts are about as worthless as anything your favorite oppressors say, so unless you have hard evidence of transition regret, refer back to my last post regarding you being a hateful dipshit :few:
Okama had a different experience. Don't use your anecdotal experience to generalize.

Man, Roo is such a Democrats shill

Anarcocapitalism is the way to go.
Freudian slip
who believes preventing some children from receiving gender affirming care is more important than funding hospitals in rural areas
Is what they want to achieve that people in rural areas who get their hospitals closed to go 'it's all the trans people's fault that our hospital is gone'
Aka more divide and conquer?

I’m not getting between those two, my issue remains with the asshole who believes preventing some children from receiving gender affirming care is more important than funding hospitals in rural areas :lusalty:
Listen, hear me out, how about no public hospitals at all?
So how am I the one trolling and trying to rile people up? Last time I'll say this but some introspection would do you some good.
I never denied trolling. This thread exists for this sole reason. Last time i did some instrospection, my heart told to get rid of all public services, btw.:ihaha:

Trump has been impeached twice, what exactly would a third time do?
It is a virtue signal, a bad one at that since multiple failed impeachment attempts just erodes the trust of the government.

I don’t care for whatever your personal attachments are. I am
Not interested in politics to be a savior. If someone you know perishes over the cuts then that’s on the republicans who voted for trump. My personal preferences have very little to do with that. Go get angry at the right people

I am angry at the right people, and I'm angry at your indifference and collaboration. You don't care about the people in this country. And you're basically admitting you don't think politics should be about helping people. You're just a center right democrat who thinks a politician that does the bare minimum is somehow left leaning.

Collaboration?:Rofl::Rofl::Rofl:

What don't you understand?
Whatever his feelings are, he isn't the one responsible for this. Collaboration implies he has any resposability, which he doesn't. You are grasping at straws to virtue signal at him. Fuck his feelings. He might be feeling the exact opposite in a few days and it won't change shit.

Btw, helping people is called charity and politics is far from that. Politics only works if whatever contract made is mutual. If any party involved doesn't profit from policies, than it is tyranny.

often in political lingo, a collaborator is someone who cooperates with the opposite side. Obviously if you weren't strawmanning me you'd know what I'm implying here. He is willing to support a policy he says he disagrees with just to hurt the ignorant voters who supported trump.

I know you really want to argue with me, but I'll say it again, I think doing so is a huge waste of time. Troll solis or someone else who is willing to play this game with you.

except you fail to show how I collaborated. I neither voted for trump nor pushed for the bill.

?
I don’t care yet I argue for better taxation and welfare systems?

I want better policies to help Americans, but if they don’t want that I am not here to force them to, hence it’s not up to me to “save them”. We’re at a point in American politics where conservatives should face the consequences of their votes, so be it.

How exactly is he supporting or collaborating? It is literally beyond any citizens power.

We are in a similar situation. I too cheer whenever Lula creates some dumb tax or policy that harms everyone. Why? Cause it ruins his popularity. So, the odds of not having to deal with his bullshit for the next 4 years increase exponentially. Lula is doing everything he said he would and now his voters are angry, cause they realized Bolsonaro had better economical policies lol That is what you get when you vote with your stomach. People don't even read candidates ideas, just vote for who they like.

The bill is getting passed regardless of my opinions. It already passed the senate

he must think I am in a red state calling my senators to pass it or something.

All privatized?? Fuck that, the GOP is already doing their best to make sure poor people die, that’s just gilding the proverbial lily…if we had any decency in Congress, we’d have had universal healthcare 60 years ago when Medicare/Medicaid was created, but our politicians have been sleazy and dispassionate all along :beckmoji:

I know everyone wants quality free healthcare, but we got be realists. Brazilian population is like 210 million. We are POOR. We have shit public heathcare(any public service is shit in here btw), public education and so on.
We get taxed up to a third of your income depending on how much you earn and we pay taxes in every service and product we buy. Even owning vehicles and property costs lots of taxes every year.
So the dilema is: We have public services that cost a fortune and they deliver very poorly. Realistically, if we got rid of all of these, the price of everything(including private health care) would diminish by a lot and more people would have money to afford good education and healthcare for themselves and their families. But you know how socialists are... they don't like to see people prosper, so we are stuck in these rat wheel paying taxes to literal oligarchs and mafiosos in exchange of bread crumbs.
This is the trap of socialism and social democracy: In the hopes of earning freebies, you lose everything.
I myself am struggling with health problems and losing a small fortune every month with treatments. If i had to depend on public health care, i would literally have not even seen a doctor yet. There is just too many patients and too little infrastructure, resources and man power in the public health system.
Public healthcare in Brazil boils down to the right of dying while waiting in a long ass line.

I would say I’m a socialist, my whole point of view is that everyone deserves equity in all things…so when I see legislation specifically designed to raise taxes on people like me while allowing corporations and the fat pigs who run them to make millions upon millions of dollars with no regulation, it gets under my skin quite a bit. Sorry to hear about your health issues, but the way you described what happens in your country applies equally to what happens in mine; people die on transplant lists and can’t be seen for other things due to overcrowding, but the difference is that they pay out the fucking nose because insurance companies are allowed to determine medical necessity and refuse to pay out on legitimate claims. I don’t believe that everyone should get everything for free, but I do think that healthcare is a human right and more energy/tax money should go towards improving these facilities rather than CEOs who gleefully profit off the death industry :getnappaed:

Not necessarily related, but I wanna say that even as a socialist, I see the merit in capitalism as a concept; I don’t advocate for everyone to be lazy and not work, I just think that regular people should be paid wages commensurate to the ever-inflating cost of living and certain things like food and medicine should be affordable on anyone’s salary :luuh:

A lot of the people that support these hate-based political movements have honestly given up on their own lives. They're too prideful and stubborn to admit they got played by the system, so, what do they do? Punch down.

It's even worse than we think on some levels: they've given up hope to the extent, that the only solution they see is to attack the people beneath them, to reinforce their position and not fall further.

They have no hope of success. So, watching people they've been told "shouldn't be successful" fail is all they have left. Look at how many people hate watch sports and know their team is never gonna win shit.

It's the same as poor plebians in France executing random people after they ran out of actual politicians/royalty to behead.

By that point, they just wanted someone under their boot. Same with the Nazis: after being blamed for WW1 when it really was a group project, many Germans simply wanted revenge.

That's why arguing with a lot of them is pointless: they don't give a shit about reason, they just want legal immunity to beat up the people they hate.

We need to convince the people on the fence who actually want to improve things, the people that are still defending murdering poor child cancer patients have traded in their humanity for insanity and do not want to negotiate.

And the only thing the terrorists on the left and right that like profiting off of blowing up kids has taught me, it's that we REALLY should stop negotiating with terrorists. The Art of the Deal? They'll always lie and cheat, their deals are worthless.
