Conservatives don't believe in actual capitalism in first place. They want state to take care of economy. I don't. I don't even want a state in first place.
This conflict stands on the ashes of colonization. But more than that, you cannot reduce the current situation to tribalism anymore, since 2020, the conflict has taken a new face. Tribalism is now used as an imperialistic tool, the real issue is the pillaging of the region andthe population stripped from their ressources and lives because of it. This is essentially captalism. If stat regulates anything than it is no longer captalism. It is closer to captalism than to communist/socialism but it is not captalism itself.

No. The conflict is currently on this scale because the two main military (RSF and the sudanese army forces) are at war and funded or supported by other interests. RSF is directly funded by UAE while Egypt and the west support the SAF or close their eyes for impmarialist interest. As for the massacre, they are a result of colonialism and racialization due, again, to imperialist interest. The problem is bigger.

Do not underestimate the impact of the ideological categories created by colonization. There is a reason why people are pushed to whitening their skin in order to ascend to a superior social status. Scarcity plays a role but colonization shaped how this scarcity turns into racial conflict.
