Like what is the point of this cover story?

To shiw the strength of germa bros, as in they beat cracker and katakuri and escape?

Or will the sweet commanders defeat them and capture them for good?

They will escape. There is no point for this cover story if they are captured again.

As for defeating both of them, ofc not. Probably not even Cracker (unless he is injured enough for that).
