Was Kuzan's outrage about Sakazuki's actions in Ohara also just fake? The different views about justice, are they real? Kuzan really lost and he left the navy, but he is still somewhat working against Pirates. He wants to take Blackbeard down and is waiting for his moment. When BB attacks Shanks, Kuzan will flip.

On screen = Chinjao's rival, no fruits, no weapons.
Offscreen = top 3 all time

Shanks:
On screen = top 3 alive presence, but no real feats.
Offscreen = L taker with a top 3 presence.

Mihawk:
Onscreen = Vista and Crocodile's equal.
Offscreen = WSS

Dragon:
Onscreen = N/A
Offscreen = trash but also tons of hype (shounen father + wmw)
