nah Gin will not come back , cuz oda is not interested in EB villains anymore
Where's Morgan(at least as side story with helmbo and coby ), Kuro , Don kreg , Arlong ?!
its only buggy cuz he alredy have relation with shanks so oda let him continue with the story
some underlings as Jango and Hatchan made it , cuz oda invested on them in cover page as buggy
even when we reached this point of the story, so you think that a villian from EB will jumb to hte new world and be a in high position and a challenge for sanji lol , hell no , this doesn't work in one piece , where the new characters (WG) who soposed to be a rival to zoro and luffy cant keep up with them lol

So I'm rewatching one piece from the start and i just finished the Bartie arc and I think Gin might be possible.
The only reason I have for thinking this is that Gin has chinese Dragons on his clothes XD
and at the end of teh arc he throws away his loyalty to Krieg and plans to find his own ambitions.

I think WCI was the last chance for Gin to come back in a meaningful capacity. He revolves around Sanji, so he will come back at a time when Sanji is focused on. That isn't Wano. Sanji's role here is as a fighter, there are others who are getting a character focus.
Now, all I can realily for Gin is an epilogue, Sanji's got the Baratie in All Blue, feeding everyone, and Gin comes through the door for dinner.
Oh, and Sanji's converted the Germa snail ships into a franchise of sea restaurants making sure no one starves at sea.
