I really see Zoro acting like a zen-buddhist.

He resembles a lot Miyamoto Musashi.

Everytime he uses a special attack his speech uses buddhist symbologies, especially Santoryu Ogi: Ichidai Sanzen Daisen Sekai (三刀流奥義 一大・三千・大千・世界)

Does anyone here also read the Vagabond manga?
Regarding whether there is a god or not, Zoro does not worship any. He is allergic to people even mentioning the term god, like in Skypiea and Wano.

Also big Vagabond fan here :)

Luffy is: Agnostic
Zoro is: (like @Jew D. Boy said) definitely a militant atheist

Nami is: Christian, which denomination I can’t say

Usopp is: A pagan or at least he will be after he visits Elbaf

Sanji is: A French Huguenot/Protestant/Calvinist

Chopper is: Christian, clearly stated in the texts that he’s read the Bible

Robin is: A human secularist, due to her knowledge of the world and the human experience

Franky: Mormon, it’s the most American religion there is and Franky definitely believes that Jesus came to America and turned water into cola, bro

Brook: Either he is an animist (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animism) for obvious reasons or he is a Satanist, for equally obvious reasons given his cover story. Or heck, maybe even a Southern Baptist with all his soul.

Jinbe: Buddhist/Shinto
This is my favorite reply out of all the answers people have given.
