Light and Flower had different targets when Light was Scum and didn't buddy up. If Kiwi was Light's Scum buddy, I don't think they'll both go after you. I don't think their Scum buddies.

IDK why you're acting like they can't change or these things aren't prone to being more or less random. Especially in TURBO MODE. Every game I do basically whatever's most enjoyable.
