she told roger she doesnt belong to no one not even rayleigh so shakky love to ray isnt develop yet


this also explains why garp put rayleigh the same level as whitebeard calling both them as "legend"


even tho i dont believe ray coc is close to shanks but it explains why oda speaks highly of ray coc and used him as a example
when he couldve used wb, sengoku or other coc users



so rayleigh was the champion of god valley winning shakky and making her fall in love with her
god valley will also be the event where ray gets his title " dark king " people saw him as equal footing with the captains
