ZKu probably goes high or even extreme diff with Saitama. Could go either way honestly but I'm leaning towards Goku since Buu was stated to be able to destroy the Universe (this has roughly 2 interpretations).

He doesn't have gag or satire powers. He has plenty of funny moments like other anime/manga characters but it doesn't come close to true gag characters like the Looney Toons or Aralle, a DB character who actually has some degree of toon force.

My point stands, when compared to stuff like the looney toons who actually use toon force, that's pretty much irrelevant. Especially because in fights, his supposed toon force is nowhere to be seen. If this was the case, Saitama wouldn't need to grow mid fight. Once again, if you want to see how true toon force looks (while also laughing a bit), watch Looney Toons. That simple.
Unless you expect me to believe that Saitama can do stuff like this just because he farted.
