  7. They have also been defined simply as five special forms of the worship of the God of Heaven, different "accesses" or perspectives, suitable for different situations, to serve Heaven = they are literally seen as gods

I'm replying to this old thread because it's the only one about the Wufang Shangdi.

But the more time passes, the more I think that the Gorosei and Imu are heavily based on the Wufang Shangdi and Taiyi.









Like, everything about Wufang Shangdi and Taiyi fits with the currently revealed facts about the Gorosei, there's no contradiction at all.

If Saturn is Yellow Emperor, then there could be another connection with him and Blackbeard.

Previously I mentioned how and why Oda probably chose Saturn to be copied by BB pirates:
  • Saturn has more moons than any other planet in the Solar System.
  • Saturn has a moon bigger than Mercury.
  • Saturn has 146 moons.

There are also theories about Blackbeard being the BaiZe, as his laugh might be coming from eating Mythical Zoan BaiZe, ''Zehaha'':

Not only that, BaiZe can eat bad dreams:

Now another interesting thing is, Yellow Emperor and BaiZe encountered each other:

This ''annotations'' could it be the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia? So perhaps Teach's ancestor and Saturn wrote it.
