Initially I thought it was Roger vs Primebeard, but if that 3 day duel in the recent chapters was like their only duel, then it definitely lacks the intensity of Akainu v Aokiji
Not necessarily. We don't know how Roger/WB or Mihawk/Shanks started. We only saw the end results of it, but it's possible that at the beginning they were mortal enemies. Based on knowledge, Akainu vs Aokiji takes the cake though, but i think we don't know the full story yet. Hell even the Akainu and Aokiji weren't totally enemies since they were comrades for a long while with Akainu not delivering the final blow in the end

This fight had it all.
Whitebeard vs Roger was a frenemies battle at best and none of them suffer heavy losses or got hurt badly.
Shanks vs Hawkeye is quite sad.
-2 hand Shanks wasn't even strong, got bested by a fodder bandit and a seaking.
Legendary as in Whitebeard was speaking of stuff forgotten in time.

Roger Vs WB for me. But, not the on one shown last week. It's the one where Roger gave WB all those scars across his chest and nearly killed each other. I wonder when we will see it though. 
but there is only one year left of Roger life and Roger now is on debt to Whitebeard for giving him Oden
the next time Roger and Whitebeard meet each other is peaceful ...
in fact in the anime "Whitebeard had his scar before his last meeting with Roger"
so I'm not sure if we ever get to see that

Akainu Vs Kuzan was a real duel ... Roger vs Primebeard was a game ... it was't even near the same level
but one thing ... Akainu vs Aokiji was the talk of the Entire World.... cause it was about who will be the next fleet admiral ... so the duel had a massive political weight to it ... and newspapers would cover that perfectly ... so it's not even a wired thing
My bad think I was drunk when I read that chapter, I've never read any of the data books, just remembered coming across an "official" source that stated such but many stories have revisions. Anyway he still would have been strong as hell before he lost his arm (which he let happen) the duals between Shanks and Mihawk went on til that point.
Also while the fight for FA was a legit no hold bars fight the one we just saw between Roger and Whitebeard obviously wasn't. Seams they are already friendly rivals by this point so there is no sense in them going all out especially when it would be putting their own crews at risk.
